The battle is the Lord’s. 2 Chronicles 20:15(all KJV) And he said, hearken ye, all Judah, and ye inhabitants of Jerusalem, and thou king Jehoshaphat, Thus saith the LORD unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not your’s, but God’s. We honor God with our heart. Matthew 12:34b for out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaketh. Worship is the reaction of our heart to our awesome God, our reaction to God. Isaiah 6:1,5 IN the year that kind Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple. 5 Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts. The Lord alone deserves all the glory, honor and praise. He alone is worthy. Revelation 4:11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created. Revelation 5:4,9,12 And I wept much, because no man was found worthy to open and to read the book, neither to look thereon. 9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; 12 Saying with a loud voice, Worthy is the Lamb that was slain to receive power, and riches, and wisdom, and strength, and honour, and glory, and blessing. Psalm 119:89 For ever, O LORD, thy word is settled in heaven. Worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness. The Lord, the Holy One of Israel, deserves the glory due unto His name. Psalm 96:7-9 Give unto the LORD, O ye kindreds of the people, give unto the LORD glory and strength. 8 Give unto the LORD the glory due unto His name: bring an offering, and come into his courts. 9 O worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness: fear before him, all the earth. I delight in You, oh Lord. Psalm 37:4-5 Delight thyself also in the LORD, and he shall give thee the desires of thy heart. 5 Commit thy way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass. Isaiah 58:14 Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: the mouth of the LORD has spoken it. We present ourselves to you a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to You, for that is our reasonable service. Romans 12:1-2 I BESEECH you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. 2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God. Where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. 2 Corinthians 3:17 Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. He who the Son makes free, is free indeed. John 8:36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. 1 Cor 14:40 Let all things be done decently and in order. God inhabits the praises of His people. Psalm 22:3 But thou art holy, O thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel. Present our gifts to God obediently, humbly and willingly. Sing and play to His glory. Psalm 150:6 Let every thing that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD.
